What did you have for breakfast this morning?
A.
Jen – Veg & Fruit juice made fresh this morning in the juicer. Muesli with rice milk & vegan multi vitamin.
Elle – Natural rice crispies with oatbran, almonds & sultanas with soy milk¸ and the other half of the veg & fruit juice

Whats planned for today
A.
Jen – 730am spin, on to the gym floor for an arms workout, shower, head in to town for FIT3zero lunchtime classes, the going to sit in the park for an hour reading seen as its such lovely weather today then I have a massage client this evening and we need to write some blogs tonight.
Elle – I am on a rest day today. Off in to town to sort out my finances with my financial advisor then meeting my sister and nephew in the park for lunch and play.

What 5 things are always in your bag?
A.
Jen – If only there was only 5 things ever in my bag!!! But always: my phone, ipod, water, protein bar (our homemade one of course) & lip balm
Elle – I am the same I live out my bag (or it feels that way). I always have my phone, lip balm, moisturiser, a book and almonds

What are you listening to on your ipod just now
A,
Jen – I am constantly listening to my ipod. I love to listen to audiobooks but just now i am listening to some songs that I might be using in spin… Alex Clare Too Close, The Temper Trap Sweet Disposition, The Prodigy Voodoo People are a couple of the tracks. If I am not listening to them then its a DJ set by Avicii, Sebastian Ingrosso or Jaguar Skills
Elle – I am the opposite, I hardly ever have mine with me but I most recently listened to one of the Duncan Ballantyne audiobooks

Jen – Eat, Pray, Love – I am finally getting round to reading it!
Elle – The Colour Code by Taylor Hartman
