Pilates Beginners
Course Info
Our Pilates course runs every 4 weeks the course starts 1st Monday of the month at 6pm and is suitable for anyone who is a complete beginner at Pilates. We cover the basic techniques used in Pilates then take you through all the basic moves. To help you improve there will be homework (just a wee bit of practicing so you get better and start to see the benefits), with course notes emailed out to you for each of the 4 weeks. Classes are small so there is that personal element to the class. Everyone progresses at a different rate. Keeping the numbers small means that you are comfortable to progress at your own level. You can also come along to the beginners improving level class on Saturdays at 10:15am to get extra practice.
