Jen & Elle are both passionate about making their Pilates classes different. More often than not you will find yourself doing exercises that you never imagined you would in a Pilates class. We believe that bringing in our own flair and style makes each class unique. They take the classic Pilates exercises and add more movement, more strength, more flexibility to make it their own.
Laura & Galen will waken you up, calm you down and set you up for your day. The classes are active, dynamic, and aerobic style of yoga that builds strength and flexibility. Traditional yoga poses are linked with exercises and movements from other fitness disciplines, with breath control and core strength at the heart of each class. The sequences can be challenging, and the relaxation at the end is well-earned, leaving you energised, clear-headed and smiling for the rest of the day.
Pilates & Yoga in Glasgow City Centre has never been so much fun. 2 classes a week in 4 week block will build strength and improve flexibility. Yoga is suitable for any level, Pilates it is recommended you complete the Pilates Beginners course.
