So you are going strong on your new years resolution, you are eating healthy, exercising well. BUT you want a treat… try these delicious muffins. I made them tonight.
2 1/4 cups oatmeal
1/4 cup nuts
2 mashed bananas
2 teaspoons baking powder
3/4 cup milk (I used soy milk)
2/3 cup honey
Preheat oven to about 180deg
bake 15-20mins (ish)
Just remember – don’t eat them all in one sitting just because they are a healthy option. YOU STILL NEED TO CONTROL YOUR PORTIONS
